What will be covered:

The GTA RFD two day course aims to offer further information and help to non-RFD holders looking to set up a business in the trade, in order for them to be better equipped in applying for, and attaining, their RFD.

The course also offers current RFDs the opportunity to refresh their memories of best practice guides as well as their key responsibilities as dealers.  Many topics are covered including licensing, firearms law, antiques, security, marketing, import/export and explosives. It's a packed couple of days with a chance to make new contacts.

Due to demand we will also be running one day air rifle RFD courses starting in the new year, 2023

“I would highly recommend the GTA RFD course to anyone looking to apply to be a RFD; anyone already trading as an RFD and anyone looking to trade with a RFD. No matter how long you have been in the industry, the landscape is constantly changing as is the law and this course captures every key element to not only ensure Best Practice within the trade but also provide a unique opportunity for discussion and opportunity to ask those strange, no-obvious-answer queries that we all experience every now and again. It is, quite frankly, a ‘no-brainer’ investment and I will be sending more of my staff on the course over the coming months.”

-  Sam MacArthur, Managing Director, Viking Arms
