Creating a new account on the new GTA website is something all GTA members will need to do in order to gain access to the GTA Members Portal and all other member exclusive areas of the new site. At some point over the next couple of days, you should be receiving an automated email from the new site containing a clickable link which will take you directly to www.gtaltd.co.uk where you will be asked to create a new account. Despite our best efforts, we have noticed a great number of these emails finding their way directly into our members junk/spam folders, so please make sure to check your junk/spam folders, and to mark the email as 'not spam' for future reference.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to give other members of your organisation access to the members' portal, change your organisations' information, and, most importantly, check your subscription status under the membership tab.
If you are yet to pay your 2022 subs (invoices were sent out before Christmas), your invoice status will be marked as 'unpaid' and will stay this way until we receive payment for the 2022 year. Those who pay by direct debit may also see their invoice status marked as unpaid, however this is due to the fact that our accounts department will not have the complete direct debit list until early February, at which point we will update your account accordingly. All GTA members will have access to the members portal regardless of invoice status for a designated time period whilst we update the site, so do not panic.
Please take the time to familiarise yourself with our new website and if you have any issues, give us a call on the office number or drop us an email and one of the team will be able to help you out.
