Thank you to everyone who has continued to email us and share your experiences throughout the Parcelforce transition.
We are beginning to see some light at the end of the tunnel, although it is still very early days. The persistent time and effort that members have invested, both on the phone and in working through software issues, now appear to be delivering some positive local outcomes. Our letter to Parcelforce senior executives has also prompted an initial response. In addition, as highlighted in our latest attachment, Parcelforce has now launched a dedicated webpage for RFDs sending firearms.

Following our initial contact with Parcelforce senior management, discussions have progressed quickly, and we are scheduling our first meetings with them early next week. I will provide a further update at the earliest opportunity once we have more information to share.
