We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creative Administrator, Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to become a key member of our team. This varied role combines office administration with digital marketing, social media management and customer communication, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy environment.
The Role
No two days are the same. You will play an important part in the smooth running of the business while helping to promote everything Atkin, Grant & Lang has to offer.
You'll support our office administration, manage customer enquiries, coordinate bookings, create engaging marketing content and help showcase our shooting ground, gun shop, instructors and events across our digital platforms.
It is an exciting time to join Atkin, Grant & Lang. As a relatively new team, we are entering a significant period of investment and redevelopment across our site. Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Assist customers with bookings and general enquiries.
- Process bookings and maintain accurate records.
- Produce correspondence, documents and reports.
- Support day-to-day office administration.
- Assist with customer databases and CRM systems.
- Help coordinate competitions, events and corporate bookings. Liaise with instructors and operational staff.
Marketing
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Design promotional material using Canva (or similar software).
- Update the company website with new information.
- Promote memberships, lessons, competitions and events.
- Produce newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance and suggest new ideas.
Social Media
- Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Create engaging posts, reels and stories.
- Photograph and film activity around the ground.
- Edit photographs and short videos.
- Maintain a consistent brand image. Schedule content in advance.
- Respond appropriately to customer messages and comments. P
- romote competitions, instructors, gun shop offers and seasonal events.
- Grow engagement across social media platforms.
Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Welcome visitors warmly.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Support reception when required.
- Represent the company positively both online and in person.

- Experience within hospitality, retail or leisure.
- Interest in countryside sports or clay shooting (training can be provided).
- Shotgun or firearms license is an advantage
What You'll Be Doing

- Photographing a coaching lesson for Instagram.
- Designing promotional posters.
- Updating the website with new membership information.
- Booking customers onto shooting lessons.
- Supporting a large corporate event.

- Helping promote seasonal offers in the gun shop.
- Creating content highlighting new products and services.
- Ensuring customers receive a professional and friendly experience from their first enquiry to their visit.
