Position being recruited: Retail Sales Assistant
Description of role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling sales both face-to-face and by phone, managing enquiries, and supporting the wider shop team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for training and progression within a busy and well-established retail environment.
Place of work: 19 Apple Lane, Exeter, EX2 5GL
Required qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ retail sales experience (required)
Customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Prior shooting knowledge is an advantage but not essential (training provided)
Benefits:
Salary: £24,500 – £28,000 depending on experience
